Formación
- 8+ years in project management with 5+ years in digital transformation or tech implementation.
- Experience leading complex programs in financial services is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and remote team leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Lead multiple high-impact digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Develop strategies, roadmaps and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee implementation of new digital platforms and customer-facing solutions.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
