You will lead cross‑functional teams across IT, marketing, operations and product development, leveraging AI, cloud, data analytics, and mobile platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, IT, Digital Marketing).
• 8+ years in digital transformation, IT strategy, or program management, incl. 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven delivery of complex digital transformations in financial services preferred.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and change management.
• Proven ability to lead remote, cross‑functional teams with strong communication.
