Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in BPMN and business process re-engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes across functions and industries.
• Document requirements, workflows, and system specifications using standard modeling techniques.
