Placements24 is seeking a Lead Business Process Analyst for our client, a prestigious management consultancy in George, Western Cape. You will dissect complex processes, map current and future workflows, and partner with C-suite and operations teams to design practical, sustainable improvements.

You will mentor analysts, define KPIs, and guide change initiatives across diverse sectors while championing best practices and supporting system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and experience leading analytical projects.
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence decision-making.
• Experience in developing business cases for process improvements.
• Based in or able to relocate to George, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of business processes across client organizations.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement within existing workflows.
• Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representations of current and future state processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to communicate process changes and ensure adoption.
• Champion process improvement initiatives and advocate for best practices throughout client organizations.
• Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enable optimized business processes.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of the firm's process improvement capabilities.
