Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst focused on Operations Excellence to join our Durban-based team. You will dissect client operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and design data-driven improvements that boost performance on-site with cross-functional colleagues.

You will map processes, define requirements, and support the implementation of new efficiencies, while measuring ROI and guiding stakeholders through change in a collaborative, client-facing consultancy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years as a Business Analyst, consultancy preferred.
• Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in Durban with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Develop detailed process maps, requirements documentation, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with key stakeholders.
