Job summary

Fidelity Security Group is seeking a BRANCH MANAGER for the Upington branch. The role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on day-to-day operations, service quality, and client satisfaction.

The candidate will manage a large security workforce, oversee budgets, training, and risk assessments, and ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate, PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Upington branch including operations, budgets and client portfolios.
• Lead Operations Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors to address client matters promptly.
• Ensure adherence to ISO and contractual requirements and maintain service levels.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and participate in budgeting and resource planning.
• Coach staff, plan succession, and ensure training and development across the branch.
