Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager (Security) for the Vanderbijlpark site to oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead security staff and ensure client requirements are consistently met.

The role requires PSIRA Grade A registration, a minimum of 10 years in security and proven senior management experience. Strong budgeting skills and ISO 9001 knowledge are essential for delivery and compliance.

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.

BRANCH MANAGER (SECURITY)

Purpose of the job

Manage the day-to-day operations and management of a large branch; ensure that all Security Officers are posted as per contractual agreements; and that all site-specific security requirements are adhered.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
