Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements.
• People management experience.
• Strong planning, leadership, organisational skills.
• Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs.
• Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s License is required.
• Willingness to relocate if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual requirements are met.
• Maintain good relations with the client regarding security services.
• Evaluate service levels and recommend improvements.
• Ensure Security staff maintains required performance.
• Handle necessary administration matters.
• Liaise daily with Executive management.
• Submit weekly/monthly incident and general reports.
