Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, analysis, and redesign of key business processes across the organization.
• Develop detailed project plans for BPR initiatives, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Manage the implementation of redesigned processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Utilize process modeling tools and techniques to map 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technological enhancements within business workflows.
