Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related.
• Master's degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
• At least 6 years in management consulting, business analysis or operations.
• Proven success leading complex change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, BPMN) and project management software.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work from Bloemfontein office and travel in Free State.
