Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Management Consultant with expertise in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to join our team in Klerksdorp, North West. You will analyze current processes and design improved workflows to deliver cost, quality, and speed gains.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in process analysis, proficiency with BPMN, Lean/Six Sigma, and strong stakeholder management. Travel to client sites within Klerksdorp and the North West is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's is a plus.
• 4–6 years in business process analysis or operational improvement consulting.
