Placements24 is seeking a Project Manager to lead business process improvement initiatives in our Nelspruit operations. You will analyze workflows, design improved processes, and manage cross‑functional projects that reduce costs and boost productivity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BPM or operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive change across departments using Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with BPM/operational excellence.
• Proven track record implementing process changes in corporate settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with process mapping tools and PM software.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and bottlenecks.
• Design and document new processes aligned with objectives and best practices.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams through process changes with minimal disruption.
• Create training materials to educate staff on new processes.
• Monitor effects of changes and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Use data to track progress and report on impact of improvements.
• Coordinate with IT and operations to ensure compatible solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication across the project lifecycle.
