Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join the Nelspruit practice. You will lead engagements to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce costs for diverse clients, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies.

The role emphasizes process mapping, data analysis, and building compelling business cases. You’ll manage project teams, drive adoption, and help clients achieve measurable performance gains in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• What you’ll have: bachelor's degree in a related field with strong analytical capabilities.
• 5+ years in business process improvement, operational consulting, or similar.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on analyzing, designing, and implementing business process improvements.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Map current state processes and design future state processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop business cases for process improvements, quantifying benefits and ROI.
