Placements24 in Mbombela (Nelspruit) seeks a Senior Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Improvement to streamline operations, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes. You will lead client engagements and mentor junior consultants.

The role is office-based in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, with a focus on driving sustainable improvements across client projects and collaborating with regional teams. A minimum of 5 years’ experience and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement or operational consulting.
• Strong expertise in process mapping, analysis and re-engineering methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven track record leading projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with process modeling tools and data analysis software.
• Client-facing experience and ability to build relationships in Nelspruit region is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes across functional areas.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using Lean Six Sigma.
• Design and document optimized business processes and workflows.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for process changes, managing timelines and resources effectively.
• Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption of new processes.
• Develop KPIs to measure impact and success of BPI initiatives.
• Train client personnel on new processes and tools.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in BPI methodologies and client engagement.
• Contribute to business development efforts within Nelspruit and surrounding regions.
