Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant specializing in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). The role is remote-first with potential travel to Pretoria, Gauteng. You will analyze, redesign, and optimize core business processes to improve efficiency and agility, collaborating with clients across industries.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in management consulting or process improvement, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in BPMN/Visio for process modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of management consulting or process improvement experience.
• Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools and techniques.

Responsabilités

• Assess current processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design future-state processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop detailed implementation plans including change management.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
• Model and simulate process changes using BPMN/Visio.
• Train client teams during and after implementation.
• Contribute to firm's IP and best practices in BPR.
