Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned BPR Consultant to join a remote-first management consultancy. You will lead diagnostic analyses, design future-state processes and guide clients through implementation, leveraging BPMN and other modeling tools.

The role requires 5+ years in process improvement, strong change management, and excellent remote collaboration with distributed teams. You will work with clients across Soweto, Gauteng and beyond to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational consulting.
• Proven success leading and implementing BP improvement initiatives.
• Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and optimization know-how.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and document future-state processes optimized for performance.
• Lead BPR projects from initiation to completion with strategic alignment.
• Develop implementation plans and guide clients through transitions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive consensus.
• Use BPMN and modeling tools to visualize designs.
• Measure impact and ensure sustained improvements.
• Provide training and support to client teams on new processes and systems.
