Job summary

HFM Durban is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across Africa. You will lead business development activities and coordinate with partners to expand across the region.

You will travel to meet clients, organize seminars, and mentor teams at HFM’s educational centers. The role requires strong numerical skills, fluent English, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Africa region is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Business Development Activities in the Africa Region.
• Travel to various locations in the Region to organize and lead seminars and meetings.
• Manage and train colleagues in HFM’s various educational centers across the Region.
• Arrange meetings, either face-to-face or remotely, with Affiliates to drive business development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute business strategies.
• Negotiate agreements with affiliates and partners.
