Placements24 is recruiting a Senior Automotive Sales Consultant for a Stellenbosch dealership. You will guide customers from initial inquiry to final delivery, using deep product knowledge and sales expertise to reach targets.

Role requires a proven automotive sales track record, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. On-site position with opportunity for bonuses and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in automotive sales (≥3 years).
• Outstanding negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of automotive products and financing options.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers, understand needs, and recommend vehicles.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate terms, prepare quotes, and handle paperwork for purchases.
• Build and maintain a customer database with proactive follow-up and relationship care.
• Aim to meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitors.
