Placements24 is seeking a Senior Automotive Sales Consultant for our Bloemfontein dealership. You will guide customers from initial inquiry through delivery, demonstrating vehicles and negotiating terms to close sales.

The role demands a proven sales track record, excellent communication, strong product knowledge, and the ability to work weekends. You’ll join a high-performance team with ongoing training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years automotive sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers, understand needs, and recommend vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain a strong customer base through follow-up.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and financing options to close deals.
• Process sales transactions accurately and complete paperwork.
• Collaborate with Finance & Insurance to finalize sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitors.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
