Placements24 is seeking a Senior Automotive Sales Manager for a premier Stellenbosch dealership. Lead a high-performing team to drive sales, optimize profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience from prospecting to delivery.

The role requires a proven track record in automotive sales leadership, exceptional negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the luxury vehicle market to shape impactful sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in automotive sales with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales quotas and drive team performance.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and negotiation strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of automotive market, financing and insurance processes (F&I).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share and revenue.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead to delivery.
• Manage inventory and pricing to optimize profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the journey.
