Placements24, a leading automotive dealership group, seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Bloemfontein sales team in the Free State. You will drive performance, coach staff, manage vehicle inventory and oversee the full sales process from customer engagement to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive sales with 2+ years in supervision, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a valid driver's license. Flexible weekends are required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in automotive sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving targets in the automotive sector.
• Deep understanding of vehicle sales processes, financing, and insurance products.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage vehicle inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock for customer demand and profitability.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from customer engagement and test drives to financing and delivery.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to sales staff.
• Collaborate with the finance and insurance (F&I) department to maximize profitability.
• Manage the dealership's reputation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management on performance and market insights.
