Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) and 5+ years in medical practice management.
• Proven experience supervising a team of 15–20 staff.
• Experience in audiology or medical environment advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license and reliable transport.
• Criminal record clear.
• Experience liaising with medical aids regarding benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Manage digital diaries, appointment scheduling, and patient bookings.
• Oversee general administration and practice management processes.
• Monitor clinical and administrative standards to maintain high patient care levels.
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Lead, manage, and support a team of 15–20 employees.
• Coordinate staff activities and ensure effective delegation of responsibilities.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to monitor performance and objectives.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Address staff-related and operational challenges proactively.
• Oversee building maintenance, equipment management, and stock control.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers when required.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming patient-focused environment.
• Oversee medical aid administration, including benefits and authorisations.
• Facilitate communication between patients, practitioners, and admin staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
