Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a private dental or medical practice.
• Strong leadership, staff management, and HR experience.
• Experience with payroll administration and staff scheduling.
• Excellent financial management and KPI reporting skills.
• Experience with dental practice management software (e.g. Exact, Elixir, or similar).
• Highly organised with exceptional administrative skills.
• Professional, confident, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Stable employment history with contactable references.
• Looking for long-term employment with loyalty and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the dental practice.
• Managing and leading the reception, administrative, and clinical support teams.
• Ensuring an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to follow-up care.

• Coordinating staff rosters, leave schedules, and payroll administration.
