Qualifications

• Senior practitioner management experience in private or clinical settings.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, patient flow and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operational management of both practices.
• Develop, implement and monitor SOPs and practice policies.
• Coordinate between Pretoria and Centurion sites and drive improvement initiatives.
• Lead staff, manage performance, scheduling and training.
• Monitor budget, expenditure and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HPCSA, POPIA) and data security.
