Job summary

Onboarded Solutions, a Cape Town-based corporate finance advisory firm, is seeking a high-calibre Senior Associate to join its team. You will work across corporate finance, M&A, and deal execution, taking ownership from mandate through to completion and collaborating with CFOs and senior stakeholders.

Key duties include leading due diligence, building and stress-testing financial models, preparing valuation reports and investment memos, coordinating data rooms, and contributing to business

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exposure to full deal cycles from mandate through to completion.
• Experience in corporate finance, M&A, transaction services, financial due diligence, valuations, modelling.

Responsibilities

• Managing financial due diligence workstreams, including quality of earnings, working capital and net debt analysis.
• Analyzing historical financial performance, forecasts and key business drivers.
• Building and stress-testing financial models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions).
• Preparing valuation reports and board/investment committee presentations.
• Supporting capital raising processes and investment decision papers.
• Supporting M&A transactions from start to finish.
• Coordinating data rooms, Q&A processes and deal governance.
• Engaging with CFOs, finance teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Supervising analysts and interns and contributing to BD activities.
• Leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and quality.
