Job summary

Network Recruitment seeks a newly qualified CA(SA) with 1-2 years in Consulting, Corporate Finance or M&A to join a high-performing corporate finance team in Johannesburg.

You will support transactions from analysis to execution, perform financial analysis, modelling, valuations, prepare documentation, and engage with clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Corporate Finance or M&A.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
• Exposure to financial modelling and valuations.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially minded with an interest in corporate finance and transactions.
