Job summary

Network Finance seeks a CA(SA) to support corporate finance and M&A transactions from analysis through execution in Randburg. The role offers exposure to transaction work and financial modelling.

You will conduct financial analysis, valuations, industry research, and prepare client-ready documents, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is essential and non-negotiable.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Corporate Finance or M&A.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
• Exposure to financial modelling and valuations.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially minded with an interest in corporate finance and transactions.
