Job summary

Interpath in Cape Town seeks an Associate Manager for Transaction Services to manage buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects across major deals. You will work with M&A and Debt Advisory teams, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery.

The role offers ongoing training, mentoring from Directors, and opportunities to build networks within a rapidly growing advisory practice.

Qualifications

• CA qualification required (ICAI/SA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 5–7 years post-qualification experience, minimum 3 in financial due diligence.
• Strong working knowledge of quality of earnings, net debt and working capital analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own defined analysis areas within a workstream and deliver to reviewable standard.
• Build and maintain the analysis pack reconciled to source records.
• Draft report sections and exhibits for Manager review.
