Job summary

Agricruitment is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to own strategic client relationships and drive successful delivery of complex sustainability projects and technology-enabled services. The role requires mature commercial judgment, strong project management, and leadership within a matrix structure.

You will coordinate across Client Success, Sustainability Data, Reporting, Consulting, Product, IT and Onboarding teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and derive maximum value

• Experience managing strategic accounts and leading client-facing projects.
• Strong project management and coordination across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence without authority and operate in a matrix structure.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key clients and ensure consistent, high-value support.
• Coordinate delivery across Sustainability Data, Reporting, Consulting, Product, IT and Onboarding teams.
• Set up project scopes, budgets and renewal strategies to drive commercial growth.
• Lead and mentor other Client Success or Account Management team members.
