Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment in Stellenbosch is seeking a Client Success Account Manager to lead and grow strategic client relationships for sustainability platforms.

You will be the main contact for key clients and senior stakeholders, coordinate internal teams, manage projects, budgets and timelines, and drive renewals and account expansion. The role requires 6–8+ years in client-facing roles with strong leadership and bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Sustainability or related field.
• 6–8+ years’ experience in client-facing roles.
• Experience handling senior clients, budgets and timelines.
• Proficient in Afrikaans and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic client relationships.
• Act as main contact for key clients and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive client retention, renewals and account growth.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
