Old Mutual Limited is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide first-line technical support and SME guidance for Existing Business Quotes (EBQs). The role focuses on triaging issues, coordinating IT resolutions, and coaching staff on system use to improve accuracy and efficiency.

You will analyze trends, collaborate with Product teams, and help optimize EBQ workflows. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Matric/Grade 12 is required with strong numeric ability.
• Experience with EBQ systems and administrative processes is essential.
• Ability to diagnose system issues and escalate appropriately.
• Familiarity with incident management and tracking processes.

• Act as first point of contact for EBQ technical issues and coordinate IT resolutions.
• Serve as SME on EBQ processes and system functionality.
• Provide guidance and training to administrators on system usage.
