Job summary

You will liaise with Product and IT teams to resolve complex problems, analyze trends, and support continuous process improvements. Training and data reporting are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for EBQ-related technical issues and triage incidents.
• Provide SME guidance and training to admins capturing EBQs.
• Identify patterns, suggest improvements to EBQ processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with IT and Product teams to resolve system issues.
• Generate standard reports and assist in timely incident resolution.
