Job summary

The successful candidate will serve as the SME for EBQ systems (Greenlight, Old Mutual Protect, Max), monitor incidents, and drive continuous improvement in workflows and user practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of EBQ systems and administrative processes is essential.
• Ability to diagnose system issues and determine escalation paths.
• Incident management and tracking experience is required.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
