The role focuses on diagnosing and triaging issues, coordinating with IT and Product teams, and guiding users through troubleshooting.

As SME on EBQ processes, you will coach staff, monitor incidents, and identify opportunities to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Matriculation is required and essential for the role.
• Strong understanding of EBQ systems and administrative processes is essential.
• Strong product knowledge of Greenlight, Old Mutual Protect, and Max is essential.
• Ability to diagnose system issues and determine escalation paths.

Responsibilities

• Take first contact for EBQ-related technical issues and triage incidents.
• Coordinate with IT and Product teams to resolve issues and communicate progress.
• Provide guidance and informal training on EBQ system usage.
• Monitor recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Support stakeholders with data extraction and reporting.
