Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships, delivery, and retention across a portfolio of accounts at a fast-moving B2B GTM content studio. You will be the primary client contact from signing through renewal, accountable for momentum and value delivered.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multi-workstream engagements, and drive recurring revenue while maintaining a client-first mindset. This role is 100% remote with US business hours and pays in USD.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end client relationship ownership with named clients and outcomes.
• Experience running multi-workstream engagements with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to command a room with senior executives without a technical co-pilot.
• A track record of growing accounts and renewing contracts.
• Client recovery stories and examples of raising retention and value.

Responsibilities

• Own each client relationship from signature through renewal.
• Drive retention, renewal, and recurring revenue growth.
• Lead weekly client calls, status updates, and live trackers.
• Coordinate with delivery pods to meet timelines, quality and client expectations.
• Translate technical strategy into business language for marketing executives.
• Surface blockers early and escalate risk directly to stakeholders.
