Job summary

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Sales Solutions Specialist to identify and secure new business and perform risk assessments to align client risks with the group’s security solutions. You will liaise with developers, estates, and commercial sites to provide comprehensive security offerings.

The role requires a strong sales background, knowledge of the guarding industry, PSIRA Grade C, and a valid driver’s licence with own vehicle. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric required; tertiary qualification preferred.
• Marketing diploma or degree advantageous.
• Knowledge of guarding industry and electronic security systems.
• Driver's Licence compulsory; own vehicle.
• Valid PSIRA Grade C compulsory.
• 4+ years’ sales experience; customer solutions sales ideal.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell bespoke security solutions to residential and small commercial clients.
• Drive technical revenue through solutions.
• Identify potential new business via leads, planned prospecting, networking and cold calling.
• Build relationships with developers of housing/security estates and sell our products.
• Attend LSS/ HOA/ Estate operational meetings.
• Perform site surveys, quote preparation and presentations.
• Maintain pipeline reports and SLA documentation with internal teams.
• Integrate risk assessment findings into client presentations to support solutions.
