Job summary

Elchemie is seeking a Sales Consultant in Durban to drive business in the electronic security industry. The consultant will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, focusing on security systems including CCTV and alarms.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in sales within the industry, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. A competitive package of R20 000 CTC plus commission is offered, along with access to innovative technology.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of proven sales experience in physical electronic security solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business in the monitoring and security sector.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract retention.
• Track and smash KPIs related to sales performance.
