Job summary

Elchemie is seeking an Operations Manager (OPS) – Security in the Eastern Cape to lead multi-site security operations, drive service delivery and ensure client satisfaction. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with security standards across contracts in Port Elizabeth and surrounding sites.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in security operations management.
Proven experience within the security industry.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver s license.
Clear criminal record.
Knowledge of security legislation and H&S compliance.
Ability to manage budgets, rosters and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily security operations with a focus on client satisfaction.
Manage relationships with clients and service providers.
Oversee new site launches, transitions and contract handovers.
Monitor SLAs, costs and quality of security service delivery.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
Perform performance reviews and develop staff.
Collaborate with senior management on reporting and planning.
