Job summary

Elchemie is seeking a seasoned Security Operations Manager to lead day-to-day security operations across multiple sites in Port Elizabeth and surrounding areas. You will ensure client satisfaction, manage budgets, and drive performance through staff coaching and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security operations management.
• Proven experience within the security industry.
• Valid PSIRA Grade A registration certificate.
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

• Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs.

What you’ll need

• Valid PSIRA Grade A registration certificate
