About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager (OPS) – Security to lead service delivery and ensure client satisfaction across multiple security contracts in Gauteng. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence, managing teams, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. You’ll play a pivotal role in supervising staff, managing resources, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and driving both safety and operational performance. What you’ll be doing

• Lead and supervise all daily security operations with a focus on client satisfaction
