Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years in customer service or logistics.
• At least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in customer service platforms and quick learning of new software.
• Sound knowledge of Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECTA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily task allocation and manage return volumes.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver excellence.
• Identify and solve operational problems effectively.
• Work collaboratively across departments to improve workflows.
• Ensure accurate documentation and monitor performance trends.
• Communicate calmly and effectively with customers and team members.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs with a positive attitude.
