Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in front-of-house guest service in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Proficient with reservation systems and POS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage arrivals, seating, and departures.
• Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and table assignments accurately.
• Maintain smooth service flow with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate menu offerings clearly.
• Maintain solid knowledge of food, beverage, and wine options.
• Upsell specials and unique experiences to enhance the guest journey.
• Present professionally and uphold grooming standards.
• Support admin tasks: reservation reports and guest lists.
• Ensure hygiene and safety in guest areas and collaborate with team.
