Job summary

Pepperclub Hotel is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to deliver personalised guest service across our restaurants, bar, and events in Cape Town. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and communicate details to kitchen and bar, while upselling menu items and guiding guests on dining options and local attractions.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in luxury hospitality, experience with POS systems, and a warm, professional demeanor.

This role requires constant interaction with guests to ensure they have a memorable, personalised dining experience across our restaurants, bar, and events. Requirements, Qualifications & Expectations

• Minimum 2 years’ waitering or bartending experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or upmarket restaurant/bar environment.

• Professional appearance and grooming in line with hotel standards.
