Job summary

Delta-v, based in Claremont, Western Cape, South Africa, is expanding and seeking a leader to manage SDR teams supporting international FinTech clients. You will hire, train, and coach SDRs/BDRs, optimize sales processes, and serve as the Account Manager providing market insights and reporting to improve outbound campaigns.

The role forms part of Delta-v’s leadership driving growth, with extensive training on internal methodologies and exposure to Europe’s FinTech leaders.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 5+ years B2B sales experience with pipeline generation (cold calling).
• 1+ years management with full responsibility for salespeople.
• Proven track record of hitting quota and sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep FinTech knowledge based on clients.
• Hire, coach and manage SDRs/BDRs.
• Optimize sales processes and playbooks.
• Act as Account Manager to FinTech clients and provide market insights & reporting.
• Be part of Delta-v leadership driving growth.
