Job summary

Delta-v is expanding and seeks a leader to manage SDR/BDR teams serving international FinTech clients from Cape Town. You will hire, train and coach reps, refine sales processes and playbooks, and act as a trusted account manager offering market insights and campaign feedback.

You will join the leadership suite driving growth, with a strong emphasis on learning and performance. A university degree and proven quota success are required.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 5+ years B2B sales experience with pipeline generation.
• 1+ years of sales team management experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and methods.
• Strong focus on continuous learning and sales skill improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep FinTech knowledge based on client projects.
• Hire, coach and manage SDR/BDR teams.
• Optimize sales processes and sales playbooks.
• Act as Account Manager for FinTech clients and provide insights and reporting to optimise outbound campaigns.
• Be part of Delta-v’s leadership team steering business growth.
