Job summary

Delta-v in Cape Town is seeking a leader to manage and grow teams of SDRs/BDRs supporting international FinTech clients. You will hire, coach, and supervise sales talent, shaping outbound campaigns and sales playbooks to drive growth.

You will act as an Account Manager to FinTech clients, providing market insights and performance reporting, while contributing to Delta-v’s leadership team and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• 5+ years B2B sales experience with pipeline generation.
• 1+ years management experience with responsibility for salespeople.
• Track record of achieving quota/sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead teams of SDRs/BDRs.
• Coach, hire, and manage sales staff.
• Optimize outbound campaigns and playbooks.
• Act as Account Manager to FinTech clients and provide market insights and reporting.
• Contribute to Delta-v’s leadership and growth strategy.
