Job summary

Delta-v in Claremont, Cape Town seeks an Outbound Sales Manager to lead international FinTech SDR teams. You will hire, coach and manage SDRs/BDRs, optimize sales playbooks, and serve as the Account Manager to European FinTech clients, reporting insights to improve outbound campaigns.

The role combines leadership with hands-on selling, requiring a track record of quota attainment and deep knowledge of sales processes. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree is required.
• 5+ years B2B sales experience with the ability to generate sales pipeline via activities such as cold calling.
• 1+ years of management experience overseeing sales personnel.
• Track record of achieving quota/sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams of SDRs/BDRs.
• Hire, coach and manage SDRs/BDRs to meet targets.
• Optimize sales processes and sales playbooks.
• Act as Account Manager to FinTech clients, providing market insights and campaign reporting.
• Be part of Delta-v’s leadership driving business growth.
