Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s licence.

• Numeracy and report-writing skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).

Jobbeschreibung

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Senior Certificate/ Grade 12/NQF Level 4 with a minimum of 3 years asset management (SCM)
experience and a valid driver’s licence.
Essential Knowledge, Skills And Competencies Required: The successful candidate must have:- Sound
knowledge of Supply Chain Management; Sound knowledge of PFMA, Treasury regulations, SCM prescripts; functional knowledge of assets
management; Public Service Act; Public Service Regulation; Basic Conditions of Employment Act; numeracy skills, report writing skills; Listening skills;
Interpersonal skills; Good communication skills (verbal & written) with staff, management, traditional institutions, public and other departments;
intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).

Duties

The successful candidate will be required to ensure an asset administration service in respect of traditional assets with the following responsibilities:
Undertake financial reconciliations (including adjusting entries) of the asset register with the general ledger and financial statement; Ensure support during
