Fidelity Services Group is seeking a Billing Specialist to ensure accurate, timely invoicing in SAP from Roodepoort, South Africa. The role requires SAP Billing experience and a minimum of three years in billing, with strong Excel skills and numerical accuracy.

You will process invoices, prepare reports, manage accounts receivable and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies, while maintaining filing systems and supporting ad-hoc finance projects as needed.

Formación

• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years billing experience essential.
• SAP Billing experience essential.
• Computer literate – Excel essential.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices daily/weekly/monthly.
• Prepare billing reports and assist in periodic financial reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable: monitor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and filing systems.
