Empact Group seeks a Billing and Credit Clerk to manage client accounts for a portfolio within Supercare Services Group. Responsibilities include maintaining customer data in SAP, ensuring timely invoicing, and handling billing corrections and remittances.

The role requires two years of billing experience in the services sector, Grade 12, and a background in debt management; POPI compliance and SAP/MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years billing experience in the services industry with approximately 500 customers and 3000 billing events.
• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Certification in Debt Management and Collections is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain customer information in SAP and ensure monthly invoices are sent on time and accurately.
• Manage contract and billing transactions, ensure deadlines, process credit notes and debit memos per event, and distribute invoices and credit notes to clients.
• Update weekly, monthly and ad hoc billing/credits/price increase reports.
• Reconcile debtor accounts and follow up with clients for remittances and payment dates.
• Ensure age analysis is current with client commentary; zero non-billing exposure within the region.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales to drive productivity and partnerships; resolve client queries promptly.
